I came for my 9:20 AM appointment, assuming that it's quite enough time to be attended to before the 11 AM very important meeting at my work place. My name was called and was asked to sit in the doctor's waiting room. I sat there for over an hour without a visit from anyone! I waited until it was fifteen minutes before 11 AM, unseen by anyone. I considered this to be disrespectful treatment, disregard for patient's time and unprofessional service as a whole. I went to the workers and expressed my disappointment. One worker said, "Let me go and talk to the doctor." I informed her that it's already too late to do that because I was here for a 9:20 appointment and it is now 13 minutes to 11. I walked away very disappointed and dissatisfied.
