After getting home and going over my paper work. I have a lot of questions and don't quite agree with some of the assessment and plan . Examples #2 ACC/AHA stage B heart failure. Where did this get diagnosed and when? #3 SVT, what test did I take and when was this diagnosed? #10 Opioid dependence. My pain doctors keep up with my meds and blood work. So I think I would have heard of this from them. # 11. Brain Atrophy I don't recall going over any brain test, or results. Needless to say reading my paper work when I got home was a great and scary time. Other than my paper work by Ms Acosta everyone else was 100% the best. They always are. Thank you
