Enante Delhomme, MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC, NP-C, joined Conviva as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Delhomme earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University in Chicago, IL, in 2020, completing 500 practicum hours in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, and OB/GYN. She received her BSN from South University in Savannah, GA, in 2012. She is a member of Black Nurse Practitioners of Palm Beach. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. Delhomme was a CVICU RN with Delray Hospital and JFK Hospital in Palm Beach County. Working with older adults truly captured her heart, and she has dedicated herself to addressing diseases prevalent in the senior population, like diabetes, hypertension, and issues of loneliness and socialization. She believes in taking the time to understand her patients, tailoring treatment plans to address each individual's needs, focusing on achieving and maintaining wellness, echoing Conviva's compassionate values. Ms. Delhomme chose medicine for the limitless opportunities to impact people's lives positively. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, making memories with her family, and the outdoors.
