Enante Delhomme, MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC, NP-C, has joined Conviva as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Delhomme earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University in Chicago, IL, in 2020 after completing 500 practicum hours in internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, and OB/GYN. She received her BSN from South University in Savannah, GA, in 2012. Her professional affiliations include Black Nurse Practitioners of Palm Beach. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. Delhomme was a registered nurse with Delray Hospital (CVICU) Mission Healthcare Clinic, the Chris & Elza Healthcare Clinic, and JFK Hospital (CVICU) in Palm Beach County, FL. Her time working with older adults truly captured her heart, and she has dedicated herself to addressing and treating diseases prevalent in the senior population, like diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and issues of loneliness and socialization. She believes in taking the time to understand her patient's needs and tailoring treatment plans to address each individuals needs, focusing on achieving and maintaining wellness. This philosophy perfectly aligns with Conviva's values, emphasizing compassionate care and patient-centered approaches. Ms. Delhomme chose healthcare for the limitless opportunities to impact people's lives positively. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, spending time with her family, and the outdoors.
