The only issue I've noticed is that when you call to schedule an appointment, they saw me that day for an emergency and gave me an appointment. But when it's not an emergency, and you need to go for routine tests, there are no appointments available, or they give you appointments very far away. That doesn't seem right to me. This didn't happen to me last year, but it is this year. You call to schedule appointments, and there are no appointments available. So something is clearly wrong.
