Dr. Evelyn Nieves earned her medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico, where she received the Family Medicine Award, and completed her Family Medicine residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital, earning the Behavioral Science Award. She is HeartMath Certified for anxiety treatment and is pursuing certification for trauma care. With over 25 years of experience in managed care and more than 20 years in leadership roles, Dr. Nieves has served as Supervising Physician for the New York and Miami sectors at Loyal Source. Her success stems from a deep commitment to medicine and patient care, coupled with a passion for problem-solving and improving lives. Outside of work, she enjoys living in South Florida, dining, and traveling the world. She practices daily meditation and volunteers with Dr. Joe Dispenza's team, studying the effects of meditation on health and leading virtual meditation sessions for healthcare providers.
