Fany Aleman, MSN, APRN, NP-C, a board-certified nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing with High Honors from South University in Savannah, Georgia, and her BSN from Barry University in Miami, Florida. She has precepted students in the clinical setting, educated patients and healthcare staff, and led pharmaceutical studies to ensure FDA approval. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. Aleman was a nurse practitioner with Cano Health and UniMed Healthcare in Deerfield Beach, FL, and IVF Florida Reproductive Associates across South Florida. She also served as an RN in the ICU at Baptist Hospital of Miami and is experienced in managing acute and chronic conditions, including preventive cardiology. Ms. Aleman is passionate about providing care that improves older adults' health and quality of life. She believes that listening to her patients is essential to understanding and addressing their healthcare needs, a philosophy of care in harmony with Conviva's core values. Ms. Aleman chose healthcare to make a difference in people's lives by helping them put their health first. Outside of work, Ms. Aleman enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors.
