Ms. Frida Maria Estrada, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in adult, geriatric, and chronic care management. She earned both her Master and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Estrada has served as a Registered Nurse, Charge Nurse, and Nurse Preceptor at Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin, where she coordinated multidisciplinary care and mentored new nurses. She also contributed to nursing education as a Clinical Teaching Assistant at UT Austin's School of Nursing. Her clinical training spans pediatric care, sexual health, endocrinology, hospice, and heart failure management, with rotations at leading Austin-area clinics and hospitals. She held leadership roles including Vice President of the Local Improvement Team at Ascension Seton and is a member of Texas Nurse Practitioners. Outside of her professional life, Ms. Estrada enjoys connecting with her community and is a native Spanish speaker who values culturally responsive care.
