Mrs. Gabriela Adriana Treviño, DNP, APRN, FNP C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, whole person, and culturally sensitive care. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of the Incarnate Word after completing bachelor's degrees in Nursing and Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi. Her clinical background spans family medicine, Medicare Advantage care, home based primary care, pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, wound care, and occupational health. She is deeply passionate about chronic disease prevention and management, particularly in diabetes and obesity, and believes in empowering patients to make meaningful lifestyle changes through education and holistic support. Mrs. Treviño values the wisdom and perspective she has gained from caring for seniors, crediting this work with shaping her approach to patient centered care and emphasizing respect, compassion, and dignity. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dogs, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
