Please get rid of your call center. Patients need to be able to reach the practice location for the doctor they are seeking care from. Having to go through a call center and then constantly not having them be able to answer questions or book an appointment is ridiculous. You should not have to contact the care manager in order to get an appointment. Thank you.

I am extremely happy with my doctor. I am extremely unhappy with Conviva. Their communication is poor and their ability to manage day-to-day activities is not impressive.
