The bottom line is I think I get good care from Dr. Wong when I finally get it. But your referral department is horrible. All referrals are always borderline on whether they arrive at the specialist in time or not. I always have to wait, I think in three years, I've been on time one time, I've gotten in on one time. for the time of my appointment. They ask to come 20 minutes early. I come 20 minutes early and it's 45 minutes past the appointment time by the time I get in to see the nurse and then it's another five or 10 minutes before I see the doctor. So I have to figure out wasting an hour of my time every time before I see the doctor, which I think is just inconsiderate. I realize sometimes there's an emergency.

All the staff members, including the doctor, they were awesome.
