Dr. Guy Julien Racette, a board-certified family medicine specialist, completed his family medicine residency at the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Canada, in 1984. Dr. Racette earned his medical degree 1982 from the University of Montreal, where he obtained his Pre-Med degree in 1976. Before joining our center in 2024, Dr. Racette served as the center medical director of Concentra Urgent Care, director of occupational medicine at Christus Provider Network in Beaumont, TX, and plant medical director of ALCOA Employee Health and Goodyear Employee Health. Spanning family and emergency medicine/urgent care across Texas, Missouri, and Kansas, his career highlights include directing occupational medical services at Twin Fountains Clinics of Victoria. Dr. Racette believes in patient empowerment and fostering informed decision-making through continuous education. His commitment to seniors is a testament to his personalized approach. Dr. Racette is committed to promoting exercise and combating obesity. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, performing music, and the outdoors. He was the U.S. Open Windsurfing Champion in 1994.
