Ms. Hannah Olivia Panjada, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse patient populations. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Kansas School of Nursing, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and was a member of the Research Honors Program. Ms. Panjada brings a wealth of experience from her work in internal medicine, memory care, and home-based primary care. She led comprehensive memory evaluations at the Louis & Anne Green Memory & Wellness Center and provided in-home care for adults and geriatric patients through Doctor's House Calls. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, cognitive health, and healthy aging. She has also served as a clinical faculty member and enjoys mentoring others in the nursing profession. Outside of work, Ms. Panjada enjoys cooking healthy meals, listening to audiobooks, and walking her dog.
