Holly Elzey, APRN, FNP-C, joined Conviva as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Elzey earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University - completing 630 FNP clinical practicum hours - and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She obtained her BSN With Honors from Texas Tech University and an ASN from McLennan Community College. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. Elzey was a family nurse practitioner with Atascosa Health Clinic in Pleasanton, Live Oak Community Clinic in Three Rivers, and Tri-City Pain in San Antonio, TX. Earlier, she worked with Guadalupe Regional Medical Center and Northeast Methodist Hospital. Passionate about heart health, mental health, and diabetes management, she is resolute in her mission to amplify the voices of older adults and empower them to embrace the full richness of life. She believes that senior care should echo the heartfelt attention given to cherished loved ones, a philosophy of care aligned with Conviva's compassionate values. Ms. Elzey chose medicine to serve her community and aid those in need. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, the outdoors, and reading.
