Mrs. Holly Page, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C, is a dedicated Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University and holds board certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Holly's extensive background includes roles in dialysis, medical-surgical, and pediatric care, where she focused on educating patients and families about chronic illness management and wellness strategies. She has served as a charge nurse and clinical coordinator, mentoring new nurses and implementing efficiency improvements in patient care. Holly is passionate about providing holistic, culturally sensitive care and advocating for patients' health goals. Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, camping, and visiting the beach to collect shells.
