Ms. Huyen Vu is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Millersville University. She brings a diverse clinical background with experience in primary care, internal medicine, home health, and long-term care. Ms. Vu currently practices at Associates In Medicine, where she provides comprehensive care through in-person and telehealth consultations, with a focus on chronic disease management and preventive health. She also serves with Advantmed Provider Network, conducting wellness visits and health risk assessments for geriatric patients in home and skilled nursing settings. Her earlier roles as a field case manager and med-surg nurse have strengthened her holistic approach to patient care. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Ms. Vu is passionate about patient education and closing care gaps. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, and traveling.
