Jason Couch, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, a doctorally prepared board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, in 2021. Mr. Couch obtained his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from West Texas A&M in Canyon, Texas, in 2015. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lubbock Christian University following his Registered Nursing diploma from Covenant School of Nursing, both colleges located in Lubbock, Texas. Before joining Conviva in 2022, Mr. Couch provided primary care as a family nurse practitioner with Alamo Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons in San Antonio, Texas, and earlier, at Texienne Oncology Centers, PLLC. With a deep affinity for older adults, his passion for prevention, wellness, and patient education goes hand in hand with his belief in listening attentively to his patients to help enhance their health and quality of life, a philosophy that resonates with Conviva's compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Mr. Couch pursued a career in healthcare to make a positive impact on people's lives. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his son.
