Jean Philippe Charles, PA-C, graduated from Miami Dade Community College's Physician Assistant Program in 2013. He is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Mr. Charles has a diverse educational background, including a Doctor of Dentistry degree from Haiti State University and completion of the American Dental Board Exam Part 1 at the University of Connecticut. His professional experience spans various roles, including internal medicine and family medicine at MBMG Medical Center and Leung Health Care, where he consulted patients, reviewed labs, diagnosed conditions, and prescribed medications. Mr. Charles also has experience as an epidemiologist at Miami Dade County Health Department, educating patients on sexually transmitted diseases and managing cases of HIV and syphilis. Additionally, he has taught science at Bel-Aire Elementary and English as a Second Language at Miami Jackson Senior High. His clinical rotations include family medicine, pediatrics, emergency medicine, surgery trauma, internal medicine, OB/GYN, geriatrics, and ENT. Outside of work, Mr. Charles enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family. He finds working with seniors very rewarding and loves to teach.
