Dr. Jerome Aston Lee Sang, an internal medicine specialist board-certified in hospice/palliative care, completed his internal medicine residency at University Hospital in 1998, following an internship at Audie Murphy VA Hospital in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Lee Sang earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and his bachelor's from Our Lady of the Lake University. His distinctions include Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society inductee, Best Supporting Male Resident, and recognition as Medical Director of the Year by the Texas and New Mexico Hospice Organization. In private practice since 2001, Dr. Lee Sang currently provides patient care at Coastal Palms, Pavilion, Gulf Point Plaza, Rockport Nursing & Rehab, Holmgreen Center, and Harbor Hospice.
