You need to improve the referral process. The people that you have doing the referrals have some communication skill issues and their sense of urgency or they are overwhelmed needs to be improved.

New to this practice, I was not oriented to the services but found out about them when I had to do bloodwork. I was disappointed that I was not informed that I could use either Quest or LabCorp. The blood was sent to LabCorp, and I found out when Conviva sent me a message that my results were ready, but I couldn't see them even after creating accounts with LabCorp and Conviva. I have an account with Quest, and it seems better, but I didn't know about it. In addition, one of the representatives at the registration desk is the lady seated at the far left as we face the desk. She is always on her computer. She seems unfriendly. I asked a question three times when she wasn't with patients, and she was reluctant to answer. She directed me to her coworker, so I had to wait. Based on my observations, your employee on the left appears unfriendly toward patients and uncooperative.
