Dr. Jose Padron leads his team of compassionate health care professionals at Conviva with a clear focus on patient care and medical excellence. Dr. Padron specializes in internal medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Medical Sciences in Havana, Cuba in 1986. He completed his first residency in family medicine in 1990 at the Policlinical 30 de Noviembre, and his residency in Rheumatology at the 10 de Octubre Hospital in 1994, both in Havana, Cuba. In 2005, he completed his final residency in Internal Medicine at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Flushing, New York. Dr. Padron has delivered presentations at medical conferences and written articles in medical journals such as the Cuban Magazine of Cardiology & Cardiovascular Surgery and the Cuban Magazine of Family Medicine, on various health risks faced by seniors. Outside of his work, Dr. Padron enjoys spending quality time with his family, fishing with his son, attending sporting events, and walking his dogs.
