Joy Monica Bouza, ARNP, FNP-C, is a dedicated internal medicine nurse practitioner in medical-surgical, neurology, intensive/critical care, cardiac, emergency medicine, oncology, and surgery. Ms. Bouza earned a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, graduating with High Honors. She was distinguished with membership in the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. As an undergraduate, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas-NCR, Philippines. She was on the Dean's List and ranked 23rd out of 320 graduates. Ms. Bouza served as an internal medicine nurse practitioner with Amicus Medical Center in Pompano Beach, Florida, before joining Conviva in 2022. Her experience as a nurse practitioner in trauma hospital settings includes Broward Health Medical Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, from 2021 to 2022, and Broward Health North in Deerfield Beach, Florida, from 2018 to 2022, working as a hospitalist nurse practitioner specializing in internal medicine. She continually looks for ways to improve and expand her knowledge.
