Dr. Kelsey Elizabeth Gallagher, a board-certified family medicine specialist, completed her residency at Arnita Health Saint Joseph Hospital and Seton Family Health Center in Chicago, IL, after an internship at Hackensack Meridian Ocean Medical Center in New Jersey. She earned her medical degree from Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Biomedical Sciences from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, following a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University. She has presented on vaping-related lung injury and quality improvement, with research published in the 5-Minute Clinical Consult. Before joining us in 2024, Dr. Gallagher practiced at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Florida and held leadership roles at Saint Joseph Hospital. Passionate about emotional health, diet, exercise, and preventive care, she empowers patients to make informed, lifestyle-focused healthcare decisions. Dr. Gallagher chose medicine to help families navigate complex healthcare challenges. Outside of work, she volunteers as a counselor with the Crisis Text Line and enjoys family time, which includes two large dogs, hiking, boating, and camping.
