Mrs. Kindal Lee Andrews, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in value-based care and chronic disease management. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Grand Canyon University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Reno. Her career spans roles in primary care, long-term care, and internal medicine, where she has focused on improving patient outcomes through preventive care and education. Kindal has also served as an adjunct faculty member at United States University, mentoring future nurse practitioners. Recognized with the Northern Nevada Nurse of Achievement Award in 2019, she is passionate about addressing diabetes, obesity, and social isolation among seniors. Guided by her philosophy that listening to patients is key to improving their quality of life, she strives to empower individuals to take charge of their health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, and exploring the outdoors.
