Dr. Larissa Georgeon is a board-certified family medicine specialist. Dr. Georgeon completed her family medicine residency at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, receiving the Family Medicine Resident Award for Advocacy. She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, recognized as a REPID Scholar. She obtained a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology with Honors from Texas A&M University and a B.A. in Biology from Clark University. Dr. Georgeon has a background in clinical and translational research and has co-authored articles published in peer-reviewed medical journals, including Neurological Sciences and Clinical Cancer Research. Her research contributions have been highlighted through poster presentations at scientific conferences. Before joining our center, Dr. Georgeon worked in outpatient and inpatient settings caring for patients of all ages. She chose medicine for its countless opportunities to improve lives. In her free time, Dr. Georgeon enjoys volunteering, spending time with family & friends, and social dancing to konpa, kizomba, and bachata.
