Dr. Laura Rodriguez-Figueroa, MD, MPH, is a board-certified physician specializing in primary care and healthcare administration. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in Puerto Rico and holds a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare Management from DeVry University. Ms. Rodriguez-Figueroa has served in diverse roles, including Primary Care Physician at Island Doctors and Senior Medical Officer for the United States Military Entrance Processing Command. Her work has focused on adult and geriatric populations, chronic disease management, and healthcare system transformation. She has also held leadership roles such as Chief Medical Officer and Laboratory Director, where she improved compliance and operational efficiency. Outside of her clinical and administrative duties, Ms. Rodriguez-Figueroa enjoys doing volunteer work, listening to music, reading books, and spending time with family.
