Dr. Lidya M. Lataban Lopez, an accomplished primary care physician and medical director, completed her rotational internship at San Cristobal Hospital in Ponce, Puerto Rico, in 1996. She earned her medical degree from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara School of Medicine in 1986. Dr. Lataban Lopez's accolades include recognition from the American Cancer Society for her contributions to community educational sessions and breast cancer support campaigns. With a rich background in medical settings such as emergency departments, family medicine, oncology, correctional, rural, and urban medicine, Dr. Lataban Lopez served as a site medical director of Armor Healthcare and as a primary care physician, including roles at AzaHealth and Orlando Family Physicians. Known for her dedication to older adults and passion for addressing nutrition, she believes in empowering patients and her care team through comprehensive information and continual learning. Dr. Lataban Lopez, driven by a desire to make a difference in people's lives, chose medicine to prioritize the well-being of her patients.
