I'll only go see Dr. Delo. She's the best doctor in the world.

Using the phone system is exasperating.The day previous to my appt,I tried to call to see if bloodwork/fasting was expected.After 30 minutes of waiting, I gave up. Following the appt,I had a phone message to call the office.From the time of the initial call to speaking to someone at the site was 30 minutes. Phone system needs to be looked at. Dr's visit was fine, however it is difficult to fit 20 years of medical history (at the practice)in to 20 minutes.
