Dr Delo is the most thorough Dr. I have been to. She goes over Everything. The staff in the office have been kind and accommodating. Would recommend my family and friends.

You could improve by having your office answer directly in Dr. Delo's office instead of going through a third party who questions you. I mean, this is like calling 9-11. They want to know everything about you and what you're doing before they put you through. When you've had a good relationship with that office, you shouldn't have to deal with it like that. You know the people by name. You know who you should be talking to, and it's crazy the way it's set up now. I don't like it at all.
