Lucy M. Caicedo, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Florida International University with a GPA of 3.8. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami cum laude, recognized on the Provost's Honor Roll, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University del Valle, with a GPA of 4.0. Before joining us in 2024, Ms. Caicedo worked with Elite Health Medical Centers in North Bay Village, FL, in cardiology and telehealth services. She previously worked at American Care Medical Centers in Oakland Park, FL, focusing on pulmonology and urgent care. Ms. Caicedo is passionate about addressing health issues such as obesity, heart health, and diabetes, promoting well-being through exercise and social interaction. She believes in compassionate care to enhance seniors' quality of life and states, 'Caring for elders honors those who protected us, emphasizing our duty to learn from their wisdom and reciprocate their care.' Ms. Caicedo chose healthcare to improve people's lives. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and cherishing moments with her family.
