The experience regarding the medical visit was good, but the telephone system they've implemented to answer any questions, whether about the status of a referral or any other information, is useless. Since they implemented this telephone system, which isn't even available in the country, everything has become more complicated for the patient. Perhaps my personal opinion won't cause any changes to the system, but since I was asked for it, here it is: the medical service may be excellent, but the operating system for resolving other problems, especially those related to obtaining or processing referrals to specialists quickly and efficiently, is useless. It took me three days from when the doctor wrote the referral until I had to go in person to the medical center to see if it had been approved and if they could give me the physical copy so I could see the specialist I urgently needed to see. So, if they want all the feedback to be satisfactory, that's the department they should contact to provide better service. Thank you.

Thank you for the survey. I want to say that I am very pleased and grateful to the emergency room doctor who treated me, Dr. Luis. He was very professional, attentive, and capable. He resolved my problem so quickly, doing everything he needed to do, and providing me with the lab tests and medications I required. So, thank you very much, and I am very satisfied.
