Dr. Madeline Elise Hazle, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. She earned her medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed her Family Medicine Residency at UT Health San Antonio, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Hazle completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology while competing as a member of the university swim team. She brings a strong background in clinical leadership and health advocacy, having held leadership roles with the Texas Academy of Family Physicians (TAFP) and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Her professional interests include preventative care, lifestyle medicine, and mental health. Outside of work, Dr. Hazle enjoys staying active, traveling, trying new foods, and watching sports.
