Marcos A. Junges, MSN, APRN, is a highly skilled and experienced advanced registered nurse practitioner. Mr. Junges earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami School of Nursing in Coral Gables, Florida, and inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. As an undergraduate, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Federal University of Parana in Curitiba, Parana, Brazil, August 1982 to July 1986. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Mr. Junges has served as a presenter and guest speaker at professional conferences offering talks such as Fluid Electrolyte Management of the Bone Marrow and Malignant Hemopathies. Mr. Junges belongs to the medical staff of four hospitals in the Miami area and is the only non-physician member of the Credentials Committee at Palmetto General Hospital, Hialeah, Florida. Mr. Junges is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, February 2011, to the present. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Haitian Creole.
