Healthcare as it should be.

I'm still waiting for a call back regarding the x-rays that were supposed to have been scheduled for me. I had to call two times to get an appointment. No one ever returns my call. I have no idea what's going on. It was a horrible experience. I injured my wrist. I should have been given a wrist band or something to wrap my wrist up. I was given nothing, was told to go get an x-ray. that I could go any time. When I went to the front desk, I was told that the x-ray had to be approved by my insurance carrier and that someone would call me back and that was two days ago. So no, I'm not happy with the experience at all. I still haven't had a call back. So yeah, it's not good.
