Dr. Martha Isela Manquero-Butler joined Conviva as a board-certified family medicine specialist. Dr. Manquero-Butler completed her family medicine residency at Texas Tech University, El Paso, named chief resident. She earned her medical degree from the I.C.B. School of Medicine in Juarez, Mexico, honored with a School of Medicine Scholarship. Dr. Manquero-Butler has served as an assistant professor at Texas Tech University School of Medicine since 2002. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Dr. Manquero-Butler was the medical director of Tender Care Hospice and Palliative Care. She maintained a private practice since 2010 and was a staff physician at Bienvivir Senior Health Services, El Paso, TX, for eight years. She values the opportunity to impact the lives of frail and disabled patients positively. Driven by a commitment to holistic well-being, she considers it a privilege to listen, understand, and assist older adults, supporting Conviva's values. Dr. Manquero-Butler chose medicine to help others and has volunteered extensively. Outside of work, she enjoys meditation and cherishes time with her family.
