Mrs. Monika Michaeli, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in adult and geriatric care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida, and holds certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Case Manager, and Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse. Throughout her career, Mrs. Michaeli provided patient-centered care in diverse settings, including home health, hospice, and primary care clinics. She served as a Care Coach and later as a Supervisor for transitional care teams, where she trained staff, managed programs, and coordinated interdisciplinary care for seniors with chronic conditions. Her work focused on improving quality of life through education, disease management, and advocacy. Outside of work, Mrs. Michaeli enjoys exercising, walking her dog, and reading.
