Mrs. Nayda Lee Marrero Cardona, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is specialized in family practice and preventive care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Georgia and also holds a Master's in Health Services Management from Del Este University in Puerto Rico. With experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Care Manager, she provided comprehensive assessments, chronic disease management, and patient education in primary care and telehealth settings. Her background includes clinical rotations in adult, gerontology, women's health, and pediatrics, as well as work in transitional care and utilization review for Medicare patients. Guided by her philosophy that listening to patients is key to improving their quality of life, she is passionate about preventive care, chronic disease management, and empowering patients to understand their health. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
