Dr. Neelima Gaddam, MD, is a dedicated Internal Medicine physician with extensive clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She earned her medical degree from Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences in India and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York. Dr. Gaddam has a strong foundation in managing acute and chronic conditions, leading multidisciplinary teams, and responding to critical care situations such as Code Blue and Rapid Response events. Her clinical training includes multiple externships and observerships across internal medicine, pediatrics, family medicine, and cardiology in both the U.S. and India. She has also contributed to nephrology research at UTHSCSA and has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications in cardiology and internal medicine. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys cooking South Indian cuisine and staying active through daily cardio workouts.
