Oveed G. Nieto Camacho, APRN, joined Conviva as a board-certified adult gerontology nurse practitioner. Mr. Nieto Camacho earned his accelerated combined Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, in the Foreign Educated Physician (FEP) to BSN/MSN Program at Florida International University Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing & Health Sciences in Miami, Florida, in 2018. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing magna cum laude from Florida International University Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing & Health Sciences in Miami, FL, and his Bachelor of Science in Biology, with minors in Chemistry and Spanish, from the University of Miami College of Arts and Sciences in 2012. He graduated as a physician and general surgeon with a GPA of 4.59 and a clinical GPA of 4.79 from Juan N. Corpas University in Bogota, Colombia, in 1994. Mr. Nieto Camacho has been honored with a Customer Service Excellence Award from the Florida Department of Health and a Certificate of Appreciation for superior performance and dedication from the Florida Department of Health. He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
