Pradyuman Chudasama, M.D., is a board-certified physician by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Chudasama completed a residency at Trenton Affiliated Hospitals/Helen Fuld Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey. He performed his first-year internship in medicine at Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Chudasama earned his medical degree from B.J. Medical College, New Civil Hospital, in Ahmedabad, India, serving a rotating internship. He obtained the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates certificate in 1991 and completed the NCQA Diabetes Recognition Program, with certification from March 15, 2019, to March 15, 2022. Dr. Chudasama has served as a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the Florida State University College of Medicine Daytona Beach Regional Medical School Campus, since March 27, 2008, and on local medical quality assurance boards. He was awarded Significant Achievement in Quality Care by MetCare of Florida in 2005, and Significant Achievement in Service by Metropolitan Health Networks awarded in 2004. Dr. Chudasama has been a member of the American College of Physicians since 1993.
