Renee Marie DeMarinis, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner with Highest Honors and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. DeMarinis worked as a contract nurse practitioner with Optum-UnitedHealth Group in Miami, Florida, and served as a nurse practitioner at Light ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida in Boynton Beach and CVS Minute Clinic in Tequesta, Florida. She also provided in-home care for seniors with Boynton Beach Home Care in Lantana, Florida. Her healthcare journey includes roles as a resource RN, charge nurse, RN III, and RN I at Bethesda Hospital East and West in Boynton Beach, Florida, and she began her career as a paramedic. Ms. DeMarinis entered the healthcare field to positively impact the lives of people of all ages. She especially believes in the importance of attentive listening to improve her patient's quality of life and health in older adults, aligning with Conviva's values. When away from work, she enjoys the outdoors, traveling, spending time with her family, and roller skating.
