Dr. Robert E. Tome joined Conviva as a board-certified family medicine specialist. Dr. Tome completed his family medicine residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Reading, PA, where he served as chief resident, following an internship in internal medicine at St. Raphael Hospital in New Haven, CT. He earned his medical degree from the University of Dominica School of Medicine, now Ross University. Dr. Tome's accolades include a Certificate of Achievement presented by Humana, a 5-Star Rating for HEDIS performance, Medstatix Top Performer, and Notable Physician of Palm Beach County by the Palm Beach County Medical Society and Palm Beach Illustrated. Dr. Tome's passion for addressing healthcare challenges aligns perfectly with his affinity for working with seniors.
