Rosa M. Fiorenzano, ARNP, joined Conviva as a board-certified nurse practitioner. Ms. Fiorenzano earned her Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Turabo in Gurabo, PR. Earlier, she practiced as a primary care physician in Caracas, Venezuela, after being awarded a medical degree in Havana, Cuba, and completed her internship and residency at the Wilfredo Pérez Clinic. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. Fiorenzano worked as a nurse practitioner with Reliance Medical Centers and as a primary care provider at Nuestra Familia Medical Center and American Care of Tampa, FL. Her positive interactions with older adults showcase her compassionate care style. With a commitment to active listening as a catalyst for improving patients' health and quality of life, she seamlessly integrates this approach into her patient-centered philosophy, collaborating with a team that shares her dedication to providing healthcare centered around patients' well-being, reflecting Conviva's values.
