I feel the young staff at the front and the young staff just don't treat people with respect. You don't know what kind of mental status people have, and I was tormented and had a mental breakdown in your office last visit. Your staff is just not together. I'm really upset. If I could sue you, I would have me have a mental breakdown in there.

The Refrreal system needs to be updated. Very annoying and difficult to get it.
