Ruth Lynn Aime, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, has joined Conviva Care Center as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. A healthcare professional since 2013, passionate about diabetes, heart health, and mental health, Mrs. Aime earned a Master of Science in Nursing, Summa Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Miami Dade College (MDC) and an Associate in Nursing from MDC as well. She was honored as Nurse of the Year by Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines, FL, in 2020 and with multiple Daisy Award nominations. Before joining Conviva Care Center in 2023, Mrs. Aime was a nurse practitioner with Cano Health in Miami, FL, and previously with Aim Healthcare in Coconut Creek, FL. Earlier, she was an RN and Charge Nurse at Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines, FL, in units including Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Post Cardiac Cath, and providing clinical teaching and supervision to the nursing staff. Mrs. Aime developed her deep affection for seniors as an RN with Genesis Home Health in Miami, FL. She embraces the belief that dedicating time to listen to her patients can enhance their health and quality of life. This philosophy aligns perfectly with Conviva Care Center's patient-centered values. Mrs. Aime chose healthcare out of a profound desire to assist others and make a positive impact in her community. Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
