Dr. Salvatore Rosanio, M.D., Ph.D., F.A.C.C., is a cardiologist with extensive experience in cardiovascular medicine. He graduated summa cum laude with a Doctor of Medicine degree from La Sapienza University of Rome School of Medicine in Italy and completed advanced cardiology training in Italy and at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Throughout his career, Dr. Rosanio served as a non-invasive and consultant cardiologist across hospital and outpatient settings, caring for adults and older adults with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions. He also held numerous academic appointments, including professor, associate professor, lecturer, supervisor of fellows and medical students, and director of electrophysiology research. His philosophy of care centered on treating patients with the same time, dedication, and commitment he would give those closest to him, and he remained especially passionate about protecting seniors' quality of life and promoting heart health. Outside of work, Dr. Rosanio enjoys spending time outdoors and cooking.
