Sarah L. Fulaytar, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, joined CenterWell as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Ms. Fulaytar's post-master's education includes the School of Applied Functional Medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Ball State University and her BSN cum laude from Marian University. Her accolades include the Franciscan Values Award and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing inductee. She received a B.A. in Health Promotion from Purdue University. Before joining CenterWell in 2023, Ms. Fulaytar saw patients at Redi Care Urgent Care in Anderson, SC. She previously focused on older adults with Keowee Primary Care & Internal Medicine, Medi Urgent Care, and Rheumatology Consultants in Seneca, SC. Earlier, she was a family nurse practitioner with Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Toccoa Clinic in Toccoa, GA. Ms. Fulaytar chose healthcare to help others and serve her community. “I believe that taking the time to listen to my patients is the key to improving their quality of life and health,” describes her philosophy of care. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, spending time with her husband and two college-age children, and traveling.
