Savannah Wrye, MHA, MPAS, PA-C, joined Conviva as a board-certified physician assistant. Ms. Wrye earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Florida International University, completing internal medicine, cardiology, emergency medicine, OB/GYN, psychiatry, and family medicine clinical rotations. She holds an M.H.A. from Florida Atlantic University and a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida. Before joining Conviva in 2023, Ms. Wrye worked as an ED Medical Scribe at JFK ED Atlantis and as a medical assistant at Urgent Care of PB in Lake Worth, FL. Her connection with older adults and passion for caregiving, nutrition, and exercise guided her toward geriatric medicine. She believes that lending a compassionate ear to her patients can uplift their health and quality of life. This heartfelt approach mirrors Conviva's values. Ms. Wrye chose healthcare driven by her concern for seniors' well-being. She has volunteered with the FIU Neighborhood HELP Program to provide comprehensive medical care and patient education to underprivileged families. Outside of her work, she enjoys quality time with her family, pickleball, and running.
