Had the paperwork all done and we went there a couple weeks early and got the paperwork and had it all filled out and then we get there and I said we got this paperwork and she just ignored me and then we gave me a tablet and we had to fill out all this other stuff on the tablet, the same stuff that we filled out on the paperwork and then we're informed as we're going through that that oh we didn't know you had paperwork. Well I told her right off the beginning and then I had had to give blood samples and I don't know where your blood lady got her credentials at, but it was brutal. It took it took stabbed me in the left arm for about five minutes trying to draw my blood.

The courtesy shown me while I was at the office was wonderful. The only drawback was when the nurse finished with me and I waited for the doctor, I was in that little room for 40 minutes before she came in and I thought that was a little bit too long of a wait. Nobody came in to tell me if there was any delay or what the problem was. In fact, I even called the front office to see if I was supposed to stay in there or if somebody was going to let me know what was going on. And just then she walked in. But anyway, that was my only complaint. Thank you.
