Shana A. Fleming, APRN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and registered nurse. At Conviva Stuart, Ms. Fleming provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a dedication to medical excellence. She has been a Nurse Practitioner at this location since Jan 2010. In the fall of 2005, she entered the bridge program at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, from RN to BSN to MSN and earned a Master of Science in Nursing. Ms. Fleming is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Florida Nurse Practitioners, and the National Honor Society. Ms. Fleming was recognized by Todays Nurse as a worldwide leader in health care and by Oxfords Who's Who in 2020 as an Expert Nurse Practitioner. She enjoys spending time with her family, working out, rollerblading, Pilates, and golf.
