Ms. Shirley Stephanie Siguenas, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in primary care, clinical research, and acute care nursing. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Emory University, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. At Cano Health, she provided home-based primary care to elderly patients with complex chronic conditions, focusing on prevention, medication management, and interdisciplinary coordination. Her previous roles include telephonic triage nursing at Medcor and bedside nursing in renal/urology and GI medical-surgical units at Emory St. Joseph's and Northside Hospital. She also contributed to neurotrauma research at the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine. Ms. Siguenas is fluent in Spanish and English, certified in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS, and proficient in multiple EMR systems. Outside of work, she volunteers in children's ministry and mentors new graduate nurses with compassion and dedication.
